| Details: The RF Test Technician will support RF component bench tests on new builds and field returns of intelligence, surveillance, and imagery processing high performance data link systems and products for the sixth largest defense contractor in the United States. Compentencies: The RF Test Technician performs RF component test and/or range tests to include antennas, servos, controllers, RF amplifiers, Up-Converters, Down-Converters, MODEM's, and Signal Generators.  Understand basic electrical theory and electronics test equipment and their applied use in the test of RF and mixed signal products. Read and interpret diagrams, tables and schematics to isolate problems. Work from written test procedures and specification drawings to validate hardware. Work with Engineering to resolve problematic issues on current designs. Effective communication skills to expeditiously coordinate efforts through all phases of the manufacturing and engineering processes. | ||||
